Disappointment

Well, I put an offer in on the Hazel pl house. I got beat out by someone else though. While real estate is moving slowly overall right now, at my price range it is moving very fast. If it is livable at least. I mean, come on, a livable house going for $100,000? Of course it went quick. Oh well
