More wallet fun

I've been watching my bank account very closely to see if someone has used my card. I have been reluctant to cancel it because I'm still not convinced that I'm not an idiot and my wallet is sitting in the house somewhere. And with the difficulty of getting a new card here? The odd thing is, instead of money being drawn out, today, money appeared! Not that anyone put money in of course, but a pending transaction from the local grocery store disappeared and that money is now supposedly available to me. I'm confused.
