In our first real day of adventuring, we set out for a very long drive.
Breakfast first though. We stopped at this lovely gentleman's fruit stand and he made us fresh squeezed orange juice with a pomegranate shot.
Turkey loves its fresh OJ. Even on the plane we got amazing orange juice.
the road from Dalaman to Mugla has a very intense section of switchbacks. The view gets better and better as you climb (hazy when we drove so no real pictures). But the fun part was the odd vendors on the corners of all the switchbacks. Stuffed donkeys anyone? I'd really like to know the story here.
So now, three hours of driving to our first adventure (which means three hours home mind you)
